Kristi Hulme
Elements at Viridian Community Manager
Kristi’s path to becoming the Community Manager for Elements at Viridian has been unique. In 2019, after retiring as an Educator where she developed the Culinary Arts Program for Springtown ISD, she was hired as the Lifestyle Director for Elements at Viridian. Kristi has been onsite since day one and has played an extensive role in opening The Magnolia Lifestyle Center. This has given Kristi the opportunity to build wonderful working relationships with Elements Residents that have and will continue to help her meet the community’s growing needs. With on the job training, shadowing Viridian Community Managers, and continuing education, Kristi was promoted to Elements Community Manager in November 2022.
When away from the office, spending time with family and friends ranks at the top of her list. Kristi considers herself to be the ultimate “Foodie” and enjoys everything about food from cooking to experiencing new restaurants. Equally passionate about travel, Kristi seeks out adventure and especially enjoys learning about local cultures and of course, sampling their cuisine! Kristi grew up in Weatherford Texas, graduated from Texas Tech University, and currently lives in Fort Worth.
Kristi is excited to step into her new role as Elements Community Manager and for the opportunity to continue to align the management of Elements with the culture that is established here. Believing that our best years are ahead of us, her goal is to help make Elements at Viridian a thriving community by gaining insight to resident needs and valuing their input.
