The Magnolia Lifestyle Center's amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, demonstration kitchen, and beautifully designed community gathering areas. Outdoor amenities include a covered terrace with sundeck overlooking a stunning infinity- edge pool. Residents will also enjoy pickleball and bocce ball courts, putting green and many community fire pits.
Residents of Elements will have exclusive access to the Magnolia Lifestyle Center. The greater community of Viridian will not have access.
Homeowners will be granted access during the hours of operation and contacting the Lifestyle Director.
Absolutely! However, in response to the current safety measures in place set by the Governor of Texas, guests are not currently allowed. We look forward to hosting your guests soon. The rules that would be in place would require homeowners to accompany guests at all times. Each household is welcome to bring up to 2 guests with them to enjoy the Magnolia Lifestyle Center for the day. Guests must be 21 years of age or older.
Yes. Residents of Elements of Viridian are able to take advantage of greater Viridian amenities to include a vast park system, gardens, lakes, tennis courts, community pools and more.
Elements at Viridian has a full-time Lifestyle Director dedicated to planning a variety of exciting programs and activities. From events like Wine down Wednesdays and Saturday morning pickleball games to Concert Series, there will be something for everyone to participate in.
Our Lifestyle Director will coordinate an array of engaging clubs and interest groups for residents to enjoy. Our offerings around your interests and hobbies! Clubs consist of Bocce ball and Pickleball, Ladies Who Lunch, Bunko, Travel & Adventure and many more.
The association shall be responsible for maintaining original landscaping. This includes mowing lawns; pruning and fertilizing of shrubbery and lawns; mulching of shrub beds; edging of driveways, sidewalks and shrub beds; treating shrubbery for insects as needed and snow removal when applicable.
