Here are a few answers to frequently asked questions about Arlington's premier over 55 active lifestyle community:
What amenities within Elements at Viridian are available to me?
The Magnolia Lifestyle Center's amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, demonstration kitchen, and beautifully designed community gathering areas. Outdoor amenities include a covered terrace with sundeck overlooking a stunning infinity- edge pool. Residents will also enjoy pickleball and bocce ball courts, putting green and many community fire pits.
Is the Magnolia Lifestyle Center exclusive to Elements at Viridian residents only?
Residents of Elements will have exclusive access to the Magnolia Lifestyle Center. The greater community of Viridian will not have access.
How do I gain access to the Magnolia Lifestyle Center?
Homeowners will be granted access during the hours of operation and contacting the Lifestyle Director.
Can I bring a guest to the Magnolia Center?
Absolutely! However, in response to the current safety measures in place set by the Governor of Texas, guests are not currently allowed. We look forward to hosting your guests soon. The rules that would be in place would require homeowners to accompany guests at all times. Each household is welcome to bring up to 2 guests with them to enjoy the Magnolia Lifestyle Center for the day. Guests must be 21 years of age or older.
Will I have access to the amenities within the greater Viridian community?
Yes. Residents of Elements of Viridian are able to take advantage of greater Viridian amenities to include a vast park system, gardens, lakes, tennis courts, community pools and more.
What sort of activities and events are offered?
Elements at Viridian has a full-time Lifestyle Director dedicated to planning a variety of exciting programs and activities. From events like Wine down Wednesdays and Saturday morning pickleball games to Concert Series, there will be something for everyone to participate in.
What social club opportunities will there be?
Our Lifestyle Director will coordinate an array of engaging clubs and interest groups for residents to enjoy. Our offerings around your interests and hobbies! Clubs consist of Bocce ball and Pickleball, Ladies Who Lunch, Bunko, Travel & Adventure and many more.
Am I responsible for the maintenance of my front yard?
The association shall be responsible for maintaining original landscaping. This includes mowing lawns; pruning and fertilizing of shrubbery and lawns; mulching of shrub beds; edging of driveways, sidewalks and shrub beds; treating shrubbery for insects as needed and snow removal when applicable.
Can children and grandchildren visit Elements at Viridian?
Yes, children and grandchildren are welcome to visit Elements at Viridian. Please note that anyone under the age of 21 will not be granted access to the Magnolia Lifestyle Center. The greater Viridian community has a variety of family amenities that are suitable for children under the age of 21 when accompanied by a resident.
If I am over the age of 55 years and my co-occupant is under 55, may we reside in Elements?
Yes, as long as the permanent resident is at least 55 years of age and the co-occupant is at least 30 years of age.
