VRA Dues

 
Assessments are due on the 1st of the quarter.
(1/1, 4/1, 7/1, 10/1).
 
Single Family Homes:
Viridian Residential Assessments are currently $294.00 per quarter.
Townhomes: 
Viridian Residential Assessments are currently $294.00 per quarter. 
 
Townhomes also have a Service Area Assessments, currently $867 per quarter.
