Elements Has the Best Community Amenity in Texas of 2021

We’re proud to announce that the heart of resident life in Elements at Viridian, the Magnolia Lifestyle Center, received high honors from the Texas Builders Association, winning Best Community Amenity in the 2021 Star Awards.
The Magnolia Lifestyle Center is the social hub of Elements at Viridian, a 55+ active-adult community. Anchoring the 2-acre complex is a 6,668-square-foot clubhouse, complete with 2,900 square feet dedicated to fitness and a 3,462-square-foot covered terrace overlooking a stunning poolscape.
The immense pool is meant for the adults it serves, with in-the-water loungers and comfortable poolside dual chaise lounges, available to soak up the sun or sit under covered pavilions. The pool itself is a lap pool, giving active adults the opportunity for low-impact exercise. Capping the pool at one end is a large fire pit with seating for 12. The colorful accent brick found along the pool is replicated on the fire pit, giving a cohesive look to the entire complex.
The Magnolia Lifestyle Center offers further opportunities for active fun, with a putting green and courts for bocce ball and pickleball. A dedicated lifestyle director offices at the center, maintaining an active event calendar for residents.
