Seven New Model Homes Open in Viridian

Seven new model homes are opening in Viridian, with more new models opening in May, enticing buyers seeking to make the 2,000-acre master-planned community their home.

Models by Highland Homes, CB Jeni Homes and Normandy Homes have already opened their doors, with models by Plantation Homes and Drees Custom Homes soon to follow.

CB Jeni’s four floor plans are on display at 3800 Canton Jade Way. The two-story townhomes are priced from the $235,000s and offer two- to three-bedrooms, lofts and gamerooms.  

Normandy Homes, the single-family home division of CB Jeni, is offering designs priced from the $300,000s. Designs can be viewed at the model located at 1326 Viridian Park.

At the other end of the spectrum, Drees is building large luxury homes on 75-foot properties. The nine floor plans feature up to five bedrooms, barrel-vaulted ceilings, wine cellars and spacious master suites. Homes are priced from the $625,000s. Drees builds on smaller properties in another neighborhood. Homes are priced from the $460,000s. The model — the builder’s Corona floor plan — is located at 3807 Canton Jade Way.

Plantation Homes also is building in two neighborhoods. The Chalet Series, priced from the $320,000s, is represented by the builder’s 2,754-square-foot Celestial plan at 1334 Viridian Park Lane. The Executive Series priced from the $370,000s is embodied by Plantation’s Stratford design at 1332 Viridian Park Lane. Homes feature two-story entries and family rooms, gourmet island kitchens and well-placed covered patios.

Showcasing five home designs, Highland’s model at 1342 Viridian Park Lane demonstrates the many options buyers have, such as extending the master suite and outdoor living area or adding a wine room. Designs for 65-foot properties ranging from 3,000 to nearly 4,000 square feet are priced from the $530,000s. Homes on 40-foot properties are in the works and will be priced from the $300,000s.

The new models are part of a large-scale expansion project that includes a new model home park, hundreds of new homesites and four additional parks —including two waterfront parks in Viridian’s newly opened Trinity Park neighborhood.
