Being able to get on my bicycle at a moment's notice and ride around the community or hop on the trails which are right nextdoor is amazing because you don't have to load your bike up in a car and go somewhere. You can leave your home, ride down the trail and be gone for an hour riding 13 or 14 miles. You can walk to any of the parks here in the community and to anybody's house in the community. I hardly put any miles on my car because everywhere I go is here in the community. I love having access to the lakes and knowing that there's a dino dig playground out here for the kids. Being able to just be out in nature and not having to go anywhere because you’re already here.
