We found Viridian by accident; I did a mud run in Viridian in 2017. It was just so cool, part of the run was through the trails and partially through the neighborhoods. We went around the lake and even went through the lake a little bit, and it was beautiful! I remember thinking then, this property is so amazing and gorgeous.

So, it was really just the beauty of all the natural space that really drew us to Viridian. We never thought we could live anywhere this awesome! We closed on our 10 year wedding anniversary, that wasn't intentional, but pretty cool though.

The Sailing Center was another unexpected surprise living here. I never thought that was something we'd get into but now I'm racing every Tuesday night, and it's like a whole new hobby. I did the women's paddleboarding every Saturday, and we had brunch out on the water. It was amazing!
