We like to keep it green. Viridian will be the only Audubon International Gold Certified community in Texas. We’ve also made sure that every home in Viridian will be created with eco-responsible building techniques, including Viridian green certification of each home, and our landscaping, parks and open spaces will be irrigated using water wells and lake waters.
Viridian has also partnered with Republic Waste Services of Texas to recycle 90% of construction waste generated by the Viridian building operation. Viridian has also developed a homeowner manual on how to live green, which will be given to every new homeowner to help all of our residents live green.
