Viridian has amazing natural amenities. We have pledged to keep it green. Viridian is working closely with the International Audubon Society to be the only master planned community in Texas to achieve and maintain Audubon International Gold Certification. The public landscaping, parks and open spaces of the community will be irrigated using only ground and lake waters.
We’re partnering with our builders to ensure every home in Viridian is created with eco-responsible building techniques, including Viridian green certification of each home. Viridian has established the necessary systems to recycle 90% of construction waste generated by the Viridian building operation.
Finally, we developed a homeowner manual on how to live green, which is given to every new homeowner to help Viridian’s residents live green and be good neighbors with Nature.
